About The Author

Murder Mystery Man Behind Bars

In the darkest, most degenerate corner of London, amongst the most nefarious swindlers and scoundrels the city has to offer, lives our author, Mr Murderey.

Having endured a long and arduous career detecting and chasing violent criminals up and down the length of the British Isles, Murderey was forced to retire after a hot air balloon catastrophe resulted in the amputation of his left (and favourite) leg.

Struggling with a life devoid of purpose, Murderey began a life of elected exile, preferring a life of solitude and uttermost privacy.

Old and battle-scarred, the discerning detective opted to live amongst the very criminals he sought to put away and began to put his lifetime of law-enforcement experience to good use: by writing murder mysteries.

Each Murder Mystery is directly inspired by the blood-curdling cases Murderey undertook during his illustrious career...

For legal reasons, the names, settings, conversations and plots have been changed; everything else is entirely true.

Aside from his authorial pursuits, Mr Murderey enjoys crocheting, topiary and escaping to the country to take his Irish Setters, Douglas and Maurice, for gentle, lakeside walks, owing to the former's worsening arthritic hip.

He is also an amateur barista, currently taking night classes in order to train for his Caffeine Connoisseur Level 4 qualification.
